Act(GLBA) (16 CFR Part 314) by establishing standards, expectations and
requirements for the University of Mississippi (UM) for safeguarding the

(GLBA defined Customer Information) and Information Technology Assets
(IT Assets). All terms with a definition set forth in the GLBA Safeguards
